The Property Institute (Merger of ARMA and IRPM)

The Property Institute, are a professional body for residential property managers in England, Scotland, and Wales. 

With a legacy of over fifty years’ experience in residential property management, The Property Institute originates from the merger of The Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA) and The Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) in March 2022.

The Property Institute is the professional body for residential property managers, managing commonhold, leasehold and build to rent homes, including large and complex estates.
